Please read these terms carefully before booking our catering and event services.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed at the time of enquiry. The advance secures your event date and is adjusted against the final bill.
The final guest count and menu selection must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event. Any changes requested after this window are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Quoted prices are valid for the date and guest count discussed at the time of quotation. Prices may vary based on seasonal ingredient costs, menu customisation, and additional stalls or services added.
Cancellations made well in advance of the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance, at our discretion, after deducting costs already incurred. Cancellations closer to the event date may not be refundable due to procurement and staffing commitments.
Our team will arrive with adequate time for setup based on the guest count and menu agreed. Any additional requirements on the day (extra guests, additional items) will be billed separately.
Sripathi Catering Services takes full care with food hygiene and preparation. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, or third-party vendor delays (decor, entertainment, photography) arranged as part of A to Z services.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) we will work with you to reschedule your event date wherever possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
